All flip flops are personally handcrafted by Susan in Chandler, AZ utilizing Swarovski crystals which are the best crystals available in the world. The flip flops are made of the finest Brazilian Rubber. Each pair of flip flops are embellished with over 380 crystals. I can guarantee you that each pair of flip flops are handled with care, checked and double checked for quality prior to shipping. While these are handmade each pair of flips flops are shipped with a few additional crystals for just in case.

Due to the customization of each pair of flip flops we do not accept merchandise returns. We do allow exchanges of unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
