Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be noted during the checkout process or you may estimate shipping costs from the cart before checkout. We will automatically default to the least expensive method of shipping available, but you will have the option to upgrade your shipping to a different service during the checkout process. If Standard shipping is not available for the item you selected, your shipping level will default to Expedited service.

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per item" or "per pound" basis and is based on the level of shipping service selected (Standard, Expedited, Express).

Shipping Carriers

To ensure that your package arrives safely and securely, Bling Design Studio partners with United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will confirm which specific carrier was used for your products and what the tracking number is.

Shipping Multiple Items/Multiple Addresses

If you ordered two or more items, you can choose separate shipping options for each during the checkout process. For example, you can have one item shipped Expedited (for an extra cost) and have the other item sent Standard.

If you want to send multiple quantities of the same item to different shipping addresses, you need to place separate orders. However, if you are buying at least 2 different items and want to send them to more than one address, you can select the option to ship to multiple addresses during the checkout process. Simply specify the delivery address for each item.

Back-Ordered Products

A back-ordered product is a product that is temporarily out of stock. You will know a product is back-ordered prior to ordering if you see the message on the product detail page.

If a product you have already ordered becomes back-ordered, you will be sent an e-mail notification. After receiving this e-mail, you can choose to wait for the item or cancel your order.

Returns & Replacements

Each item created by Bling Design Studio is uniquely handcrafted for each customer, therefore we are unable to accept returns.  Exchange of a product is possible if the item has not been worn and Bling Design Studio is contacted within 30 days of the purchase.  If a customer wishes to exchange an item he/she will be responsible for any additional shipping of the exchange product.

If the product that you have purchased needs repair after the warranty period has expired a reasonable fee will be charged depending on the nature of the repair and reshipping.  However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.  Please include a note about the problem with your item and your return address and phone number.  Prior to shipping your item please be sure to use a carrier that will insure and track your item. USPS, UPS and FedEx all offer these services.  As soon as the item is received by Bling Design Studio we will evaluate the problem and contact you with the cost of the repair and let you know when the item will be ready for return.

Warranty

Bling Design Studio warranties our merchandise for 90 days. We are more than happy to handle repairs at our expense, which result from a manufacturing defect.  This does not include normal wear of the product.  Bling Design Studio assures you that our products are double and triple checked prior to shipping to make sure that each customer will be satisfied with their purchase.

However, if the product that you have purchased needs to be returned for repair during the warranty period you will need to send the item back to the address listed below.  Please include a note about the problem with your item and your return address and phone number.  Prior to shipping your item please be sure to use a carrier that will insure and track your item, USPS UPS and FedEx all offer these services.  As soon as the item is received by Bling Design Studio we will evaluate the problem and contact you as soon as the item is ready to be returned.
